Why does a domain get suspended?

ICANN requires that all domain holders verify their account information. If you do not verify the account information ICANN requires the account be suspended.

In order to unsuspend your domain you must complete the verification process. We sent you the verification email to the email on file for your GKG account.

Please make sure to click on the link that was sent to your email and follow the verification instructions to avoid the suspension of the domain once again.

If you are not able to find the email check your spam and other folders to endure you didn't move the email to another location. If that didn't help, next confirm the email address that is associated with the domain account to ensure you know where it is going.

If after those two steps you still can't find the email get on chat with us or send us an email to support@gkg.net and let us know the results of the two steps above so we can then begin our investigation.
